Mobile kitchen
Some venues come with a commercial kitchen. Others are a beautiful place to gather and nothing else. We are equipped for both, and the food does not change either way.
A private property outside Asheville, no kitchen on site

The answer changes the logistics and the cost. It does not change the menu.
Option one
We cook in it. Nothing to add, nothing extra to pay, and every service style is open to you, including plated.
Option two
We bring one. A field with no building on it is a venue we can cook at.

What arrives
The setup goes up on the morning of your wedding and comes down after the last plate. Between those two moments it is a real kitchen, not a warming station.
We can also serve your guests straight from it, which some couples prefer to a separate buffet line. The elixir bar can run from the same setup.
When it is over
Remote venues are usually places somebody loves. We put out compost bins for the event, and the compost leaves with us and goes to local farms. Our own waste and recycling leaves with us too.
If you would rather keep the compost for your own land, say so and it is yours.
Let’s begin
If you are not sure whether the site will work, describe it on a call. Usually the answer is yes.
